Return & Exchange Policy

At AltBar Wholesale, we take pride in providing premium hemp, kava, kratom, and alternative bar products to our wholesale partners. Due to the nature of our products and compliance requirements, we maintain the following return and exchange policy.

1. General Policy

All sales made through AltBarWholesale.com are considered final once the order has been processed and shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable or ingestible products, including but not limited to hemp extracts, botanicals, kava, kratom, and drink mixes.

Exceptions may apply only in the case of:

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, or Manufacturing issues confirmed through our quality control team.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with:

Your order number, Photos clearly showing the issue, A brief description of the problem.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Replacement of the affected product(s), Store credit for a future order, Refund to the original payment method (if applicable).

We cannot process claims submitted after 7 business days or for products that have been opened, used, or altered.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received an incorrect item or are missing part of your order, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. We will investigate and correct the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Eligibility (Non-Consumable Items)

For certain non-consumable products — such as branded merchandise, accessories, or bar equipment — unopened items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To qualify:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please contact us for return authorization before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For compliance and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used consumable products Hemp, kava, kratom, or botanical items. Custom-labeled or private-label orders Sale, clearance, or promotional items

7. Shipping Damage Claims

If your shipment is damaged during transit:

Do not discard the box or packaging materials. Take clear photos of the damaged package and contents. Contact us immediately at support@altbarwholesale.com with the photos and order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or credit is issued as quickly as possible.
