Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within

(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Verification:

Certain wholesale orders may require additional verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with options—substitution, backorder, or refund.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on order size, product type, and destination.

Freight Shipping

for bulk pallet orders

Local Pickup

(available upon request for approved customers)


Shipping times are estimated at checkout and may vary by location.


Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated based on

weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier pricing

Large wholesale or pallet orders may require custom freight quotes

.Shipping fees are non-refundable once the carrier has accepted the package.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the package and contents.Contact us within 48 hours

We will assist with a carrier claim and replace or credit the damaged items.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for theft or misdelivery.For lost packages not marked delivered, we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Shipping Restrictions

Some products (kratom) may have state-specific restrictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all compliance requirements for their location.

We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes for certain products States or municipalities where specific products are prohibited to include: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, San Diego-CA, Denver-CO, Sarasota County-FL, Jerseyville-IL, Union County-MS.


International Shipping
